During this week several Android Wear smartwatches will be receiving an update to Build M1D63G, which should also introduce security patches from July. Apparently the update has been in the Moto 360 second generation and the LG G Watch R, Watch Urbane and Sony Smartwatch 3.

For now, no new characteristics have been known about the update, unless specifically mentioned security patches for July. We try to check availability in Huawei Watch, but for the moment the device did not detect the update.

While it is true that in recent weeks, Google has raised the level of rumors considering the imminent launch of two new models in collaboration with HTC or Huawei and many assumptions about new wearables of the Nexus family on the way.

Google has to prove that, in addition to developing new devices, it is also capable of supporting the world of wearables with the Android Wear operating system. We recall that currently it is still unclear whether this update will bring only security patches, or offer some new features.

According to statements made by Google, Android Wear M1D63G would be in the upgrade process. In case you want to test whether the update is available for your device, you can search directly from your smartwatch, simply enter the menu "Settings" and then click "System Updates".
